Welcome to the Bull Bay Rods warranty payment and replacement page. This page allows you to pay for your warranty replacement and return shipping, if applicable, quickly and securely.

Simply select if your rod is a repair/defect or a warranty replacement, select your rod model, and enter a brief explanation or either what is wrong with the rod or how it broke. It's as easy as that!

Here is a quick recap of how our warranty works:

  • All defective rods and component repairs(guides, grips, reel seats, etc.) are fully covered under warranty. The customer is only responsible for shipping costs to and from our facility. Rod repairs must be shipped back to us intact. Feel free to use the carrier of your choice.
  • Defective rods will typically break one of the first few times they are used, rods that break after being used several times and catching fish without issue will not be considered to be defective.
  • All other rod breaks are covered with the $40 rod replacement fee ($60 for custom rods and TAC-X rods).
  • Return shipping, if applicable, is $30 and rods are shipped via UPS. (We do not provide return labels unless the rod was damaged during shipping)
  • Rods can always be dropped off and picked up in person in lieu of paying for shipping.
